Neither nor. Like GGI is the big project, and LibGGI one of its libs, so
KGI is the kernel-graphics-interface and kgicon is a version of it, that
looks like an fbcon driver. KGI drivers are very easily wrapped into any
surrounding. KGIcon is one such wrapper.
