MMAP problems solved

There turned out to be nothing wrong with my attempt at MMAPing,
just incompatible kernel headers.

In case anyone is interested what I'm making a test environment for
fully implementing GetRayPos(); It will be separate from kgi for a while
so that people can hack with it just by downloading a small tarball.

Should fold into the new /proc/kgi system easily when it's worth
using.
