Mach64 Driver

I may be jumping guns, etc, but I am excited.  So here is an update from
the Mach64 maintainer.

I have committed the latest mach64 driver sources, so everyone can play
now.

Mathew Wilkins' amazing work over the last few days has left us with a
driver that is able to set some valid modes, etc.  

It's still rough, but I saw a semi-ok 640x480, and apparently it'll do
800x600.
