Welcome to two new CVS accesses

Hi all,

I have given the following persons access to the devel repository :

* David Waite (dwaite), IBM RGB 52x ramdac maintainer, and
  general GGI hacker :)

* Isaac Connor (iconnor), maintainer of the mach64 driver, who
  will hopefully provide us with working code soon (an ATI driver
  being bitterly missed)

Pending no objections, of course. Just keeping you informed :)

The stable and devel repository are still going to be unreachable
for about 3 hours during the middle of the day mediterranean time
(see previous post).
