anoncvs down?

anon cvs for the devel repository doesn't seem to be letting me in.  I
type "cvs login" and anoncvs for the password, and then it just sits
there, waiting for the server to say something back...  Which it doesn't.
It worked last night.  Hrm.  I can ping the server, but I can't log in to
update my tree.  How annoying.
