Agreed as well - and as soon as some kind of 3D support starts appearing
(for me - when I finish the ViRGE accels :), I'll write a module to handle
batching of 3D-commands (anyways)

PS: I thought ping/pong buffers were originally concieved as a way of
passing command-groups quickly to KGI?  *sigh*...  Nevermind as this kind
of thing dissappeared when KGI did....
