I solved my oops problem

	YVIRTUAL == 0 is supposed to make the chipset driver maximize
YVIRTUAL in chipset_check_mode(), and I wasn't doing it in the Trio64V+
driver.  Everything seems to be back up and working now.  The YWRAP/YPAN
makes kgicon MUCH faster!  Thanks Andrew!  Now to test the new LibGGI
stuff....
