ggiSetOrigin in text modes

The current docs (libggi.sgml) say that for text modes, ggiSetOrigin's x
and y parameters are it *dots* instead of pixels.  This is inconsistent
with the rest of LibGGI's API (where everything is in pixels), and
sub-pixel origin setting on text modes seems so useless anyway, so how
about we change that to be pixels instead ?
