The GGI_VERSION_FUNCS stuff is there to maintain binary compability
when using a libggi-core from one version of libggi and a driver-lib
from another version of libggi.
As we aren't even close to maintaining binary-compability between
anything, considering the changes made during last two months,
reseting GGi_VERSION_FUNCS to 1 made sense.
The reason for removing the check is simple - when we release
the next stable version of libggi there's nothing to be
backwards binary-compatible with. Those checks are only useful
when they maintain a binary-compbility that wouldn't be
manintained without checks.
