	The first one is done by "make install" as root in degas/kgicon,
and the secong is not necessary (for kgicon).

	Also a new version of CVS itself came out a couple of days ago. 
It supposedly handles file permissions better.  Yay!  |->.

	All it really needs to say is "make install in kgicon/ and then
make in kgi/".  We also need a small README to explain the difference
between KGI and kgicon and how they will be merged, etc.  Basically all 
the stuff we have been talking about in this thread.
