IRC Meeting, THE REAL PLACE.

ATTENTION ANYONE WHO INTENDED TO TURN UP FOR THE
IRC MEETING ORGANIZED BY THE PENGUINPLAY PEOPLE.
(sorry for shouting).

When I sent the first message out, I called the channel we were going to
have it on #pplay.
That was a STUPID name.  It's going to be on #gamedev.  That's a MUCH
better name.
(Please read between the lines here and notice the shift in emphasis
caused by the namechange).
