LibGGI hacker's guide

Since Andrew reminded me about that blurb in libggi.sgml (it's gone now), I
committed some documentation on libggi internals.  It's basically just a
bunch of notes, but I would hate to search the mailing list archives for
this stuff.

If there's anything remotely important, please don't hesitate to add it to
this file.
