The specs are availible from matrox, They require you to be a registered
developer however. 

I would love to see a driver for this card, I'll get one of these this
summer, so if you produce anything by then, I'll be more than happy to
test it :)

I'm currently trying to get the Matrox Athena/Atlas/Helena working, and
possibly even support for the dubic's (if a certain company would bother
responding to my querries that is.)
