As most GGI apps, XGGI usually uses the GGI_AUTO-setting, which can be
overridden with GGI_DEFMODE="1024x768[C24/32]" for example.

As an alternative it has the "-modes" switch which will take a set of
such modes in the form "(mode):(mode):..." when using the multihead-
capability. It might be neecessary to use the brackets, even if there is
only one mode.
