libggi docbook docs

Hi, I have some problems with libggi-api.sgml in the libggi beta 2.0
package. My sgmltools (2.0.2) don't like the short forms, ommitted end tags
etc you used. I have the 3.0 DocBook dtds (which should be fine according
to your readme).

BTW - "make dvi" doesn't work in that package. doc/docbook/ doesn't even
have its own Makefile.in and doc/Makefile.in only lists doc/man/ as subdir.
