new software: gspec and gscop (resent)

ftp://ftp.ggi-project.org will provide you

	gspec-0.0.1

soon.

two days of confuse programming gave me the possibility to provide you a
new program with the following (not really finished) features:

- spectrum analyser
- oscilloscope
- musical note detector
- cord detector

this is just a development snapshot just to show you that something usefull
is coming.

if you want to test this beast you need:
- libfftw (http://theory.lcs.mit.edu/~fftw/)
- libggi (ftp://ftp.ggi-project.org/pub/ggi/)
- a soundcard (local computer dealer)

for hard testing you need
- a microphone (doinf some "A"'s and "O"'s and see the frequency and the
  musical note for this noise)
- a guitar/piano/flute/... to test if the musical note detection and cord
  detection is working properly

this code is quite ugly but working. nothing else is required yet.

thats all
