new mailing lists

Hello,

we are in the need of a low-volume list to do announcements (e.g. progress
of development, important news etc.) I suggested we use ggi-develop
some time ago, but it's still too high traffic for interested people
to subscribe.

So, I would suggest we setup another announce mailing list at kludge.org,
wich is only for announcements and 'press declarations'.

Comments?

Also, are the new mailing lists documented at the web site?
A small table which lists exist, how to subscribe and what they are intended
for? Thanks,
