FreeDOS.base.20030519.zip contains the latest versions (I am aware of) of
all the BASE utilities included with FreeDOS as of May 19th, 2003.  
Except edlin!!! 1.3 has is available.
These are the packages as they come from the maintainer and are NOT in
a form directly usable by the FreeDOS installer.
