I went ahead and updated the .ZIPs to include a very-detailed
LICENSE.TXT (plus now also has binaries for OS/2 [EMX] and Linux
[OpenWatcom] in addition to DOS [DJGPP] and Win32 [OpenWatcom]). This
should make things easier for everyone.
