Solaris Binary Distribution

To install Ethereal under Solaris, do the following:

1. Make sure the Glib and GTK+ packages are installed. Ethereal was compiled against the ones on the Solaris Companion Software CD.
   
2. Uncompress the package:
   bunzip2 ethereal-x.y.z-solaris2.9-sparc-local.bz2
   
3. Install the package:
   pkgadd -d ethereal-x.y.z-solaris2.9-sparc-local
